Hany Constantin, director of Constantin Design & Build, was guest speaker of a round table discussion on the importance of human capital, organized by the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines at the Marco Polo Hotel, Davao City last week.

During the discussion, Hany discussed his belief that truly investing on your employees and encouraging a good, healthy culture of performance is the best way to encourage productivity in the workplace.

His philosophy directly translates to how our team handles our projects, ensuring maximum productivity outputs from loyal, engaged employees. 

Local business owners and managers, as well as representatives from government agencies, attended the discussion.

Hany Constantin, apart from being the director of Constantin Design & Build, is also president of CIMES, a team of consultants offering services in Capital Investment and Project Development, Project Reviews and Gap Analysis, Manufacturing and Project Integrity Management, and Organization Development and Effectiveness.

Before forming Constantin Design & Build and CIMES, he held several regional management positions in global petroleum giant ExxonMobil and Tyco International, a security systems company.
